We request all cancellations be done at least 24 hours in advance. We do not currently have any cancellation fees and we appreciate advance notice for any changes so your stylist may accommodate another guest.
We will do the best we can to accommodate late arrivals. Please be aware, on some occasions we may not have the time we need to complete the full service you are requesting. If this is the case we will let you know what we do have time for and you always have the option to reschedule. If you feel you may arrive past your appointment time, please call us in advance with your estimated arrival time.
Because we use sharp objects, hot tools and chemicals, children not receiving a service are asked to be cared for outside of the salon. Children are welcome in the salon while receiving a service if supervised buy their accompanying adult not receiving service. Guest arriving with children may be asked to reschedule their appointment for the safety and comfort of all our guest.
All sales are final and you may exchange your gently used product within 14 days from the original purchase date.
Your stylist will review options and prices with you prior to beginning your service. Payment is due for the services performed after you have received the requested service. All sales are final and refunds will not be issued after a service has been completed and paid for. If you are unhappy with the results of your service additional work may be completed with no additional charges on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 3 days of your service to request any adjustments. All adjustments to your original service must be completed by your original stylist and within 7 days of your original service date.
Gratuity is always appreciated. For your convenience you may add gratuity to your credit card or give cash directly to your stylist.
